>> i will add, definitely. i would work for him. >> i concur (laughter) no there's no question about it. we've had that conversation in the past but it has never worked out timing wise. i would love to work for jim. it would be great. we almost made it happen at one time. it would be an honor to have him on the staff, a great coach. you always try to get great coaches and there is no better coach than jim harbaugh and i mean that, seriously. >> jack harbaugh was pretty good >> yap, he is. >> i got a chance to work with our dad as a running back coach at stanford when willie taggard to the head coaching job at western kentucky. my dad coached for us for three weeks at stanford as well. i definitely know he could do it.

>> down at you guys grew up sharing a bedroom, what's it like sharing a facility and out of the guys like the grass served as opposed to the turf? >> it was a plus going over there. they did a great job. there in the process of rebuilding their football stadium for the football program. it is under construction but they did a great job of preparing the facility. we need to be on the grass, we need to have a hundred yards. we need more than just one field. it was a big plus for us over there and it was as good to get the guys and the grass. it is good for their health. it gives them in the game and did some feeling the way they need to feel. >> for either of you, have you had a moment as busy as this week or you realize that on sunday, one of you

guys is glenn to be very disappointed? >> yes. you do think about it, obviously any game that's something you think about. it is not really about how we are going to feel. every coach and every player in the organization when you win, everyone experiences jubilation. when you lose, a bitter disappointment. so much goes into it. it would be no different from this game, probably on a greater scale because you have a chance to win a championship. a lot of hard work has gone into this, a lot of plays have been made, a lot of sacrifices have been made. this as the battle through by both teams. for the side that comes up short, it will be a bitter disappointment. that is the way it is. that is how football is, that is how life is and we understand that. >> as the older brother and

you always want to kind of protect a little bit as you grow up, the you still feel that way with jim? on sunday the possibility to take away a dream of his address to your own, is that are not all? >> snow. not at all. i suspect he feels the same way. we are fiercely loyal, no doubt. not just of one another but we always have been. that is definitely not ever going to change. we will continue to be fiercely loyal and protective of one another but also of our teams. jim mentioned earlier the brotherhood, a centrist in a speech he has at been rise. it is unbelievable, brilliant. the band of brothers will be the brothers on the sideline. the ravens sideline andy

football during the season. the players may have a different opinion on that but coaching why is it has been very much the same. you're in a dark room and watching a tape, watching the ravens, studying them. beginning with the players and the practice field that has been wonderful. we have had great practices. meetings have been really crisp. we are getting a good understanding of what our plan is going into this game. all the while, thinking about the most exciting thing. when that ball is kicked off on sunday for the game. we understand it will be a great challenge and task. if we were to win this game it will be well armed. that is really all we are thinking about and focused about. i can't wait

for it. i am really excited to be here. >> as this is about your players. many symbols have been defined, not necessarily one but defined by a big play. why do you think your players will rise to that moment, when that moment and when the game? >> as they have to? you made the point. with the niners playoff games and look at the ribbons playoff games. it is about the players. a is above them play well and their best. not just big plays. a big play will be a determining factor in every game they will be memorable moments but the little place and the middle make the difference. guys in the right gap, right place and coverage, of blocking
